In conjunction with:
Practicing law is a ‘risky’ business and everyone in a law firm needs to be involved in managing those risks.
This session will include:
- Identifying the risks to lawyers and their firms arising from practice
- Understanding that managing risks in a law firm is everyone’s job
- Learn about the processes required to be followed to reduce risks to lawyers and their firms
- Exploring specific risks to lawyers and what individual lawyers can do to manage those risks
- Being aware of what lawyers may need to do if a risk becomes reality
To make this as practical and beneficial as possible, there will be opportunities for you to ask questions, vocally or through the chat function. You may wish to consider in advance what you would like to learn to help you in your role. You can even email questions to the [email protected] in advance if you wish, and these will be sent to the trainer for consideration in the workshop.
